Spray drying aid

Cluster Dextrin, also known as highly branched cyclic dextrin, is renowned for its ability to aid the spray drying process, particularly for oil-based substances.

Its structure allows for a high oil loading capacity, making it an excellent carrier for oil in powdered forms.

When used in spray drying, Cluster Dextrin can create powders with a high oil content that disperse easily in water, are resistant to humidity absorption, and are less prone to caking, which maintains the free-flowing properties of the powder.
