We provide effective single ingredient building blocks to bring a very clean taste of umami and kokumi. Umami is provided by our products AROMILD™, AJIREX™, AROMAWAY™, or AJITOP™, while Kokumi is provided by our products AJIREX™NH and AROMILD™ U-15. These products give umami and kokumi with respect to the flavour, and with the noticeable absence of a yeasty side taste. These products also don’t add a taste of their own.
